imageChrisoula Marangoudakis LMT, BS, offers 30, 60, 90, 120 minute integrative bodywork sessions to target specific areas or to relax the full body. In addition to her 770 hours of massage therapy training from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy she has a Bachelors degree in science which has provided her with a deep understanding of human anatomy, physiology and pathologies. From the structure and function of the body, to various injuries and illnesses, she is able to assess the body in various ways to determine the best possible therapuetic massage treatment for each individual. Her specialties include Myofascial Release Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Injury/Rehabilitation Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Acupressure, and Pediatric Massage (ages 1-17). Also through avid training in meditation and her experience in yoga, Chrisoula may incorporate techniques for centering the mind, and moving or stretching various muscles and connective tissues to enhance the benefits of the massage session.
